Big Idea: Jesus teaches his followers not to believe the hype surrounding a number of critical life-issues, ideas that popularly believed today but terribly mistaken.
Week 1: Money (Matt. 6:19-24) - Money and material possessions give you and your life true significance.
Week 2: Security (6:25-34) - If you can control your life, then you can have real security (Or, since you can’t control your life, you must live in anxiety).
Week 3: Judging (7:1-6) - You can’t judge without being judgmental.
Week 4: Loving (7:12) - You should only do unto others as they do to you.
Week 5: Religions (7:13-23) - What you believe doesn’t really matter.
Week 6: Faith (7:24-27) - What you do doesn't really matter.
