Pastor Glen Keeffe
Pastor, Families, and Youth

Glen Keeffe and his wife Lisa have been part of the FBC family since 1994, serving in various ministry teams before coming on staff. Lisa & Glen met in 1987 while attending the same church in Everett, WA. They were married in 1988 and have three kids. Glen holds master's degrees in both bible and counseling. Glen moved to Shelton in 1990 to pursue a corrections counselor position with the Department of Corrections.

In the spring of 1998 we called Glen to become our first Counseling/Family minister at FBC. Glen pursued seminary while working full time at FBC and was called as an associate pastor in 2004. It has been a joy and privilege to serve this family for so many years.  It is a desire of mine to retire serving this church family and   the community of Mason County.

Len Williams
Minister of Music and Worship

“It is a joy, a privilege, and an awesome responsibility to stand before God and the congregation in worship each Sunday, and I’m amazed to have had the opportunity for so long.” This is how Len describes his feelings about his role at FBC. As a part-time staff member and, previously, as a lay person, he has given leadership to the ministry of music and worship here for many years. He is thankful to have been given the blessing of cultivating his love of music in the context of seeking God’s honor and glory. He is also grateful for the pastors and worship teams, his friends and family members who help him do so each Sunday.

Len is committed to several key roles in life. As a husband and father, he loves to spend time with his wife Jaynee, grown sons Jon and Jeff, and college age daughter Lauree. He is an architect who designs both commercial and residential buildings throughout Mason County and the South Sound area. He enjoys hosting small groups, friends, and extended family in his home, and has also served as an elder at FBC for many years, all resulting in many close relationships he treasures. After a Sunday morning of worship, he most enjoys a quiet, restful Sunday afternoon. He also loves to get away in the mountains, to be alone with God in His creation.

   Jason Wolden
Youth Minister

After graduating from Shelton in 1992, Jason tried to find life the world’s way on his terms.  That is until 1993 when he finally came to the end of himself and found his deepest needs were met in Jesus.  For the next year and a half, he immersed himself in his new relationship with Jesus through Church & Bible study including a small group from FBC.  In 1995, the Lord led him to Multnomah Bible College where he studied Bible, Theology, & Education (BS99).  Just a few months after graduation, he joined Cadence Student Ministries and served in Germany (1999-2003) to be the chapel community youth pastor for US military dependents.  Jason and Cindy married in 2003 and after a year of Seminary they continued serving with CSM in Japan (2004-2008).  Their son, Josiah, was born to them through adoption in 2009.  Now a part of our FBC family, the Woldens aim to help our youth come to Jesus and mature in Him.

 Lynn Foster
Children's Ministry Director

Lynn and her husband Don were married in 1988 and they are the proud parents of three wonderful children, A.J., Jessica and Ben!  Lynn and her family have been attending FBC since 2001.  While her husband earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Pastoral Studies at Multnomah Bible College from 1995-99, she was able to attend classes as well and earn a SEP (Spouse Enrichment Program) Certificate.

From 2005-2009 Lynn had the privilege of working at our Christian school, Mason County Christian School, as the School Coordinator.  Before coming on staff in 2009, she served in the Children’s Ministry here at FBC in many different roles from nursery care to AWANA Commander as a volunteer.  Her greatest desire and prayer for the children and parents of First Baptist Church is to obey Jesus when he said to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind”!  Lynn invites you and your family to come and join us as we learn to love the Lord more each day, together!
